On the vineyard estate, a detached house adjoining the owner's. The gîte is on the first floor, above the winery building.
Spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large bay windows opening onto a 37 m² terrace. 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds). The bedrooms have blackout blinds, both inside and out.

Toilet.
Shower room/WC. Ultra-quiet and efficient ceiling fans in each bedroom. Baby equipment available on request: Bathtub, bottle warmer, changing mat, playmat. Private, unfenced 600 m² garden at the foot of the vines.
Satellite TV. Parking: 2 parking spaces.
Electric car charging available (slow charging). Bicycles can be stored under the barn.
The courtyard is locked at night.
This accommodation does not accept pets. Central gas heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are included. Beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards (Chorey, Aloxe-Corton, etc.). Nearby: Beaune, numerous hiking trails.
Beaune-Côté Plage: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, a unique climbing wall (the only one of its kind in France), and a restaurant area. Property managed by a professional.
