In a charming village in the heart of the vineyards, renowned for the elegance of its wines, this gîte (holiday cottage) is located above a former winery on the first and second floors.
It features a kitchen and a large living room. There are three bedrooms (the bedding has been replaced), two with twin beds and one with a single bed. There is a bathroom and two toilets.
Central heating (heat pump) is provided.
A large covered terrace with glazing is located on the first floor, and the property includes an enclosed garden. Parking is available for a small car in the owners' gated courtyard, and there is additional parking in the village square approximately 60 meters from the gîte. Bicycles can also be stored in the shed.
Wi-Fi internet access is provided. A cycle path winds through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay.
Beaune's beach area offers 14,000 m² of beaches.
The nearest shops are in Pommard, 1 km away through the vineyards, and in Meursault, 2 km away. Baby equipment: 2 cribs and 1 high chair will be available in the cottage. The owner accepts a maximum of 1 pet. Charges and extras: (not bookable online - to be booked with the owner) Sheets: €7 per single bed End-of-stay cleaning: €50 Towels: €5 per person per stay Electricity included Heating will be charged according to meter readings beyond the 8 kWh included per day.
