A few kilometers from the capital of Burgundy wines, this fully renovated gîte includes:
On the ground floor: a large open-plan living area with Burgundy stone flooring, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob). One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Shower room with walk-in shower.
Separate WC. Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and two with two single beds (90 cm) each that can be joined together (please request in advance). Shower room and separate WC. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, and baby bath. Parking and an 80 m² courtyard.
Electricity, heating, linens, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A vineyard is located on the property.
The gîte is adjacent to the owner's winery, where she will passionately share her craft and wines with you. To discover: Beaune, the capital of wines, internationally renowned for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Activities all year round.
Numerous wine cellars and restaurants in the town, as well as the Cité des Vins et des Climats (Wine and Climats Museum). The La Voie des Vignes cycle route runs from Beaune to Santenay.
Enjoy beautiful hikes through the vineyards.
Also worth discovering along the Route des Grands Crus (Great Wines Route) are renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet.
