Direct access to the Saône Canal, this self-contained cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is located in a charming little village.
Ground floor: large kitchen.
Very bright living/dining room. Shower room/WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (140cm), 1 with a single bed (90cm), and the last with two single beds (90cm) opening onto the balcony. 1 cot. Bathroom.
WC. Shared courtyard.
Private enclosed garden.
Covered shelter.
Parking.
Room with ping-pong table.
Bicycles can be stored in the enclosed garden.
Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, changing mat, and baby bath. Ideally located for fishing enthusiasts: 20m from the canal and 100m from the banks of the Saône. Blue Route (Voie Bleue). Supervised swimming 7km away in summer.
Cycle paths 20m from the accommodation. Bed linen and cleaning fee included.
Charges and extras: Towels: €5 per person per stay.
Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Firewood basket: €35. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 6.1 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
