Here's a truly lovely place where peace and comfort await! Laignes is a small town located on the Crémant wine route in the Haute Côte-d'Or region, bordering the Yonne and Aube departments.
It's the perfect base for exploring the roads of this beautiful region! You'll settle into a charming apartment-style gîte, located on the first floor, an extension of the owners' house.
It comprises a hallway leading to a pleasant living room with a dining area and a lounge with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed (a fourth bed is available for €10/day/person). On the other side, there's a fully equipped, functional, and inviting kitchen. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a spacious bathroom with a large shower and double vanity.
A washing machine and dryer are also provided.
There's a separate toilet.
Finally, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). You're sure to fall in love with the outdoor spaces! You'll enjoy a shared, heated swimming pool (7.5m x 4m) secured by a cover, and a pleasant garden lounge under the pergola, perfect for enjoying an aperitif.
A bonus for easy meals: a summer kitchen on the garden level with everything you need at your fingertips (dishes, barbecue, refrigerator) plus an outdoor toilet.
The property also features an enclosed garden, private and secure parking, a ping-pong table, and a basketball hoop. This "all-inclusive" cottage includes: linens, cleaning, towels, pool towels, and electric heating and electricity. Due to the steps leading to the upper floor, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The layout may also be difficult for young children. 15 minutes from Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. L'appartement est très grand, très propre. La piscine chauffée est parfaite.
Le jardin est magnifique .... tout est fait pour faire une jolie parenthèse ....
