20 minutes from the capital of Burgundy, independent 19th century house, completely renovated and on one level, on an enclosed plot of 1400 m².
Large living room of character (Burgundy flagstones and French ceiling) with lounge and dining room.
Independent equipped kitchen with glass roof over the living room. A small bedroom with 2 beds 90 and adjoining shower room with WC. A second bedroom with 2 beds 90 × 200 that can be twinned and a third bedroom with a bed 160 × 200. Shower room with Italian shower.
Separate WC. Folding bed, high chair, baby bath, booster seat, changing mat and play mat on request. Enclosed land with parking, terrace and large garden with trees.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of welcoming horses in the meadow. 2 bicycles available.
Non-smoking cottage.
Bicycle storage in a small annex shelter. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage, bus stop for Dijon. Sheets and cleaning included in the prices Charges and supplements: Gas heating: daily rate of €15. Towels: €6 per person for the stay. To see: the Burgundy Canal, ideal for walking or cycling.
Many cultural sites including the Cîteaux Abbey, the Clos Vougeot castle, the Route des Crus and the Hospices de Beaune, both listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites, the port of Saint Jean de Losne.
About ten kilometers from Dijon, the city of the Dukes, which offers many treasures to discover and activities all year round: Museum of Fine Arts, historical trail of the Owl, gourmet restaurants, etc. North of Dijon, MuséoParc Alésia and Fontenay Abbey.
Also close to tourist sites in the Jura such as the royal saltworks of Arc et Senans. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 7.32 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
