Street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted.
Our home is not available as an event venue.
Dogs are welcome with a pet fee with a max of 3 with pet fee/ dog other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws.

Please note that charging vehicles, washing vehicles, trailers, RVs, motor homes, or boats are not permitted.
A rental agreement must be approved at the time of booking, and a driver's license is required.
Reservations and rates are based on the group size at the time of booking staying/ visiting.
Additional guests must be pre-approved and additional fees paid.
For security and insurance purposes, there are external security cameras on the front and back side of the house.
Our home is conveniently located approximately 5 miles from downtown Plymouth, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.
For those looking to enjoy a round of golf or attend an event, the Pinehills Golf Course and Mirabeau Inn and Spa are just 4 miles away.
Traveling to Boston is also accessible, with the Commuter Rail station approximately 7.5 miles from the property.
Additionally, the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry is located about 5 miles away, providing a scenic travel option.

We are located in a low traffic, family friendly neighborhood, steps to a sandy private beach which registered guests of our home have access to! We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area!
