Enjoy an unforgettable stay at this magnificent rural house for 20 people located in Vélez-Málaga, right in the heart of the Axarquía region of Málaga.
The house is set on a stunning 4-hectare estate surrounded by mangoes, avocados, and kumquats, offering a privileged environment where the tranquility of the countryside is combined with proximity to the Costa del Sol beaches. The house features 7 spacious double bedrooms designed to ensure the comfort of large groups and families.
Five of them have double beds; two also have private bathrooms, air conditioning, wardrobes, and space for cribs.
The other four bedrooms offer two double beds each and share two full bathrooms.
The layout is completed by two rooms equipped with two single beds each, air conditioning, wardrobes, and access to a shared bathroom. Inside, you'll find a large living-dining room designed for sharing special moments with a group.
This space is equipped with a fireplace, air conditioning, two high chairs for babies, and a large TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for any time of the year.
The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for daily use, including a pantry, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. The exterior of the house has been designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.
A large wooden-covered porch houses a barbecue area, a wood-fired oven, a sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and space for storing firewood.
You'll also find a pleasant chill-out area, bar, additional refrigerators, and private parking within the estate. The private pool becomes the perfect spot to cool off during the warmer days, while the sun terraces distributed at different levels offer ideal spaces to relax and enjoy the views.
The artificial grass, sun loungers, and reed umbrellas complete the outdoor facilities designed for relaxation and outdoor leisure. The house offers WiFi in all areas and Smart TV with access to online entertainment platforms.

Haus wirkt auf den ersten Eindruck etwas heruntergekommen, zeigt aber später seinen eigenen Charme.
Positiv zu bemerken: Keine Störungen durch Nachbarn und auch keine Störungen für Nachbarn durch Bewohnende des Hauses wegen Alleinlage auf einem kleinen Bergplateau in einer Plantage mit Mangobäumen.

We zijn daar van donderdag tot zondagochtend geweest met een groep van 20 vrienden! Perfecte, rustige locatie tussen mangoboomvelden.
Erg relaxed daar! Alles netjes voor elkaar: zwembad schoon zoals het hoort met kunstgras eromheen! BBQ, barretje en buitenkeuken onder de veranda maakte het plaatje...
