Be advised of noise As you step into the second-floor unit, you'll be greeted by an inviting and open living space with plenty of seating and dining space for all. 50 inch mounted smart TV in living room, and plush comfy lounging indoor and outdoor! The apartment is beautifully appointed with contemporary decor and plenty of natural light.
The layout adds a touch of uniqueness, creating an airy ambiance that's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.  Guests will also enjoy the 270° wraparound, oversize balcony.
We have plenty of seating with fun, hanging shell, chairs, ottoman, loungers, and a wonderful area to take in the city air and gorgeous city views or watch the airplanes land in San Diego.
A true gem.  Our thoughtfully designed apartment boasts two cozy bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to four guests.
The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or even solo travelers seeking extra space. Please note the Loft layout upstairs has the bedrooms attached (Master open layout, not fully private/second with a door) Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) Complementary parking spot for compact vehicles NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. As part of Airbnb’s policy, we want to kindly share that this home is located in the heart of San Diego.
Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area.
