In total, 6 bedrooms are available, as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The internal staircase connects a lower level balcony to the amazing rooftop terrace which just invites you to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and surrounding nature. There is also a traditional Dalmatian tavern at your disposal, with stone barbecue and a large dining table. Ideal place to prepare meals in company of your friends and family. Another outdoor dining table is covered by a pergola and located right next to the tavern. Private parking places are secured for the guests in the courtyard and a fast WiFi connection is available.


The nearest sandy beach is located only 200 m away while restaurants, grocery stores and cafes are even closer. Zadar with its old town, known for rich cultural heritage can be reached in a short 20 minute car drive. Same goes for National Park Paklenica, the most prominent climbing center in Croatia. In a 100 km radius you have 3 more National parks worth visiting (NP Plitvice, NP Krka and NP Kornati). Bungee jumping is organized throughout summer on the nearby Maslenica bridge. With lots of activities nearby, as well as tourist attractions, this holiday home can be a perfect base to explore the rest of the region.
