The main living room, adorned with warm wood paneling and plush seating, is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring town.
It features three comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two single beds and the third with a single bed plus a convenient pull-out bed, accommodating five guests very confortably with the chance to host six guests in case of request.
The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make mealtime a pleasure, while two full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.
A large private balcony offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of bed linens or towels may incur a small extra fee to be settled upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.
Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.
In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.
