Lovely apartment with huge view immersed in the countryside altough near services and main towns of the center of Italy.
-1 dining room with fully equipped american kitchen,
-1 double bedroom (+ added bed)
- 1 sofa bed;
-1 bathroom;
- both dining room and bedroom have direct access to the balcony with stunning view of the green valleys and hills;
- big balcony (2,5mtsx8mts) furnished for outside dining while admiring the breathtaking landscape;
- big patio (3mtsx8mts) with lounge area and garden with BBQ .
The house, dominating the underlying valleys and hills, is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves and boasts a stunning panorama of the idyllic countryside. The property is completely fenced and has an automatic gate.
All around the house garden with roses, lounge areas, dining areas with BBQ and the wood to burn is provided.
The fantastic poolside with a stunning view has sun loungers and umbrellas included in the price.
The location is extraordinary beautiful and peaceful. It's amazing both for relaxing and for sightseeing the region and the most important Italian cities (Rome, Florence) since it stands just at the very center of Italy (the green heart!).

HARVEY LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE We stayed at Villa Mari for 2weeks. We are a family of 15 and we rented four of Mario’s 7 apartments. It worked especially well for us as it gave us our own space yet we were still able to eat and socialize together. The apartments were all ready for us when we arrived. It was very late but Mario and his lovely daughter Francesca waited for us until after midnight to settle us in. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. If we needed anything or questions answered then Mario sorted/answered straight away. Each apartment has its own front patio and garden/bbq area. Also tables and chairs plus sun loungers to relax on. The pool area was big enough for all of us plus the other guests staying there. The view and surrounding area are breathtaking so don’t forget your camera. Quite rural so very tranquil. Also central for places to visit though. We caught a train to Rome, a tram to Florence and drove to Assisi, Pisa, and Pompei. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will certainly be back in the future. Thank you Mario and Francesca, Debbie & family
SINEAD Paradiso- a little slice of heaven
I can't speak highly enough of this amazing place! I came here with my husband and two little girls for 10 days and we didn't want to leave! The family who run it are so kind and helpful. Francesca even took us out for a drive to show us the local supermarkets and where a lovely village fete was happening. She and Mario could not have done more for us, such lovely people. The place is stunning, the views all around are breathtaking and at night there is a cool breeze. The pool is beautiful and it is so relaxing to sit out and chill nearby. At night you have the stars, the song of crickets and a cool apartment to sleep in. I have stayed in many places over the years but this one we will come back to! A fabulous holiday- thanks so much!

Our holiday was definitely made by staying at this beautiful place. You can relax by the pool. Or outside your apartment you can have a meal and look at the stunning surrounding. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. It had all we needed for our stay. This location was close to many places to visit. We went to Rome, loved Asissi and explored many more places of interest. From the moment we booked this apartment Mario helped us, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a very warm welcome he is a wonderful gentleman. Thank you Mario and your family for welcoming us too your apartment

Wat een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren met vrienden! Een heel fijn huis, genoeg ruimte, privé zwembad en in een prachtige omgeving.
De eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam en kunnen allerlei tips geven voor de omgeving.
Het is een rustige plek waar je wakker en opstaat met de krekels. Echt een aanrader!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Villamari verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Den Pool haben wir besonders genossen. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und erholsam. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht und man kann den Sonnenuntergang wunderbar beobachten. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die historischen Städte zu besichtigen. Mario und Vrancesca waren immer erreichbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
