Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!

The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: - Absecon Lighthouse - Atlantic City Aquarium - Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Renaissance Plaza - Brigantine Town Center

Room was gorgeous and has a great view of the colorful ferris wheel on the pier. Hotel and amenities were great. Parking app was a bit confusing and they don't tell you what time you will be charged for the next day. We left at 3 and the parking garage charged us at 2 for another whole day. If we had known when the cut off was, we would have just left an hour earlier.

Property was dirty garbage and vomit in the hallways and ice maker room. Walls not clean in a long time a/c leaking threw walls doors and floor board in door way and in front of bed and also the Wi-Fi did not work

Property was fine. I was frustrated by the management not helping and singing cleaner two hour delay after 4pm check in and parking garage failure to send free pass. At minimum there should have been a matching check out extension of two hours.
