Our four-family corner villa is on one level and compared to others has both patio and larger garden.

New and complete with all comforts, La Casa Verde has a very pleasant outdoor, "Jasmine shower" with hot water and a comfortable hammock for relaxing while reading a good book or admiring the stars.
Each four-family villas in the residence has its private use pool.
Free use of soccer field and tennis court.
THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 15th MAY to 31 OCTOBER.
*Free use of 2 mountain bikes and a beach umbrella *Patio at the back with laundry corner and parking for motorbikes and bicycles

La Casa Verde is located at 5 minutes walking from the sea, in a very quiet Residence with a truly evocative landscape, sea view and direct access to the swimingpool with esclusive use for the four indipendent apartaments.
Inside the Residence a delightful Lounge Bar with terrace overlooking the see.
*Free use of sports fields *Parking reserved for the Residence, free of charge *24 hour security service

Accessible directly from the Residence, beautiful pebble coves and crystal clear water, ideal for fishing, snorkelling and stargazing at night. Foxi Manna, the white sand bay is only few minutes walking from the residence, with a majestic red rock promontory overlooking the sea. Has turquoise and emerald water perfect for children because of its shallow and safe seabed. The free beach is supervised by life guards and is equipped with kiosks, restaurant bars, the possibility of renting umbrellas, pedal boats and, inflateble boats and canoes.
We are in the Blue Zone, a 'Longevity Hotspot', one of the places with the most centenarians in the world thanks to the quality of life. It's easy to meet grazing animals such as goats, donkeys and horses, to the wonder of children.
The area is full of places of interest for unforgettable excursions, including archaeological sites (ancient nuraghe), land and sea caves, natural lakes with waterfalls, beautiful coves and beaches waiting to be explored. Top excursions for a special holiday from March to October!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Beautiful setting. Villa was very well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool and gardens. The host, Vivianna, was really helpful. Perfect position for access to the beaches. This area is beautiful And very quiet. Need a car.Would recommend.
