Our villa in Tuscany (Florence), consists in 3 apartments created by the restoration of an old stone barn built on the remains of an ancient medieval tower. The apartments have separate entrances and private outdoor areas on different sides of the building. They are equipped with all necessary accessories for a relaxing holiday while having preserved the authentic Tuscan style both in structure and in the furnishing.
You will rest in beds made "as before", with mattresses of pure wool and hand-embroidered linen woven in handcrafted antique looms. The troughs of the stables have become the head of our beds . The gates of old fences for the animals have also been used.
The swimming pool of agriturismo, set in a large meadow, is sun-drenched all day. It is equipped with umbrellas, tables and wooden deck.
The house is divided in 3 apartments in the same building and has got all the characteristics to be used as a private villa for a single group since the apartment's living room on the first floor, because of its size, is specially designed for moments of life together.

All the apartments are heated with biomass system which, in addition to being in line with the modern trends, allows to obtain a constant and diffused heat, at a reasonable cost.

About cooking classes
Our philosophy at La Noce Cooking classes are simple - we want to share our love of good Tuscan food. Enjoy the pleasure of eating locally grown Tuscan food in a beautiful atmosphere. True Tuscan cooking is passed down from generation to generation, and every Italian family holds their own variations of classic dishes. During our traditional Tuscan cooking classes you can enjoy spending time with Francesca and also Nonna Giuseppina, who lives in the village and shares her mother’s and grandmother’s recipes for Italian food.
In our cooking classes you will learn how to make patè di fegatini, Tuscany's own version of chicken liver pate, pappa al pomodoro, a bread soup made with tomatoes, gnudi (little dumplings) with ricotta cheese, and I topini, special sort of pasta from a potatoes dough. It is also possible to preparing different kind of desserts such as tiramisu and zuppa inglese
WELLNESS
Guests of our agriturismo,have access to the relaxing or therapeutic massage services (de-contracting, lymphatic drainage, rehabilitation) carried out by an experienced physiotherapist.
All the products of the wellness center we used are based on extra virgin olive oil flavored with wild herbs and ointments prepared with floral essences that you can find for sale at the agriturismo in Tuscany, Italy.
DOG LOVERS: you can visit our kennel where we breed the old famous breed of hunting tuscan dogs: the "segugio dell'Appennino"
