The flat is located on the ground floor of a 6 family condominium in a super central location.
The flat was completely renovated in August 2022 and offers its guests a perfect mix of style & comfort in the charm of a beach cottage. Instead of air conditioning, there are vintage fans and the two double bedrooms have mosquito nets.
A definite highlight of the flat is the terrace lounge, where you can eat and chill. The flat is located only 300 m from one of the main squares of the city, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and ice cream “gelaterias” are within short walking distance.
The Corso (= popular shopping street) is also only a few minutes walk away.
From here you can reach the harbor (Porto) as well as the beach promenade, which is about 1.3 km away. Flat details: The flat is located on the ground floor and offers its guests a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the terrace.
The entrance area leads into a bright living room with reading corner, pull-out couch (this has its own mattress) and a TV with Netflix connection.

The large dining table is the focal point of the kitchen and invites you to share a meal with your loved ones.

A little gem - and certainly a highlight of Casa blu Sand. Guests have sole use of the flat in the middle of a residential area of San Benedetto del Tronto.
