The house is 75 sqm with 2 bedrooms (double and bedroom with bunk bed and single bed), 1 bathroom with internal shower and a private garden with lawn in front and rear of the house, olive tree, jasmine, pittosforo hedge and pyracantha.
The master bedroom is spacious.

The beach reachable on foot in a few minutes is of fine sand, with shallow water with shallows to explore in snorkeling.
The house is about 40 minutes by car from the port of Arbatax and about an hour from Cagliari Elmas airport.
A few steps walk from the house and throughout the tourist season is open (usually from June to late September) a butcherwith fresh local meats, a rotisserie and basic necessities such as bread, pasta, sugar, coffee, wine, water and soft drinks.
The rotisserie also prepares excellent first courses such as lasagna or cooks meat for you on request, such as burgers, fries, meatballs, breaded slices, or local piglet (Sardinian piglet).
A 10-minute walk from the villa there is a tobacco bar and a mini market open throughout the year.
Various markets and mini markets, pizzerias, restaurants where you can eat excellent local fish, a riding school and a go kart track complete the offer.
A few kilometers from the house in the village of Tertenia at your disposal also a fish market, a dairy with excellent Ogliastra cheeses and a craft brewery.
The area is splendid, a natural gulf of rare beauty set by the Ferru and Cartucceddu mountains that closes to the north the beautiful beach of Foxi Manna up to Punta Is Ebbas, to the west mountains and hills protect the beautiful beaches of Sarrala.
Possibility of excursions on foot on horseback or mountain bike.
The beach of Foxi and Murdegu is a natural postcard ideal for spending wonderful days with your family.
To embellish the context is also present to the north of the beach the splendid Tower of San Giovanni di Sarrala.
A tower probably of the eighteenth century that controlled the coastal area to foil any landings of barbarians.
The tower is open to the public and offers a beautiful panorama.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es mangelt an nichts. Gut ausgestattete Küche, kein Wohnzimmer dafür eine schöne Terrasse, Aussendusche (sehr schön), Grill, alles ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter Max kümmert sich sofort, ist sehr nett und gibt Ausflugtipps. Der kleine Einkaufsladen direkt vor Ort hat Brot und Getränke. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The house was lovely and not far from the beach. From there, we could easily visit many beautiful beaches and other attractions. Our host, Max, was incredibly friendly and always quick to help. He had great recommendations for the local area. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. Thanks a lot, Max!

It was a pleasure to be the guests of Max. The communication was very good and he always answered quickly. We felt very welcome. As it was our first time in Sardinia it was very helpful to have someone like Max who gave us recommendations.Also we felt comfortable in the house as it was clean, quiet and the division of the rooms were family friendly. We liked also the region. We will come again!
