The Villa overlooks a blue sea and a coast with an enchanting panorama.
The villa was TOTALLY RENOVATED in 2020 and is available for rental to groups of up to 14 people.
The villa is on two floors with 2 apartments connected by an internal staircase, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The villa was selected among the villas on the Palermo coast by RAI as a location for television filming thanks to its welcoming interiors and suggestive exposure to the sea. It is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, particularly suitable for families or groups of friends with children and teenagers who they intend to spend a week at the seaside and reach the beach.
Sant'Elia, a small hamlet in the municipality of Santa Flavia, is among the most characteristic and picturesque basins of the entire province of Palermo.
Nearby there are two small seaside villages Porticello and Aspra and in a few minutes you can reach Bagheria, Solunto, Cefalù and Monreale . It has a hangar where there are: umbrellas, deck chairs, dinghies, donuts and mattresses, ping pong tables and table football.
Out of the price of the structure, a flat rate price of €25 must be calculated to be paid directly at the structure to the cleaning lady for the cleaning service.

Non consiglio questa proprietà per queste ragioni la prima no AC solo 3 su 6 la seconda il vicino dorme nella tua terrazza quindi dopo le 9 pm non si può fare rumore quindi addio cene al chiaro di luna la terza no carta igienica nelle toilette .Il proprietario dichiarava canoe invece inesistenti.La ...

We stayed at this luxury villa on the ocean, outside of Palermo.
10 of us, all family, loved our time together.
We ate meals outside, played cards and swam in the beautiful ocean daily.
I would highly recommend this villa to any of my friends!
