Casa Ginevra si trova in una zona strategica per raggiungere ogni località turistica circostante, si trova infatti in zona tranquilla ma ha ogni comodità nelle vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, farmacie, ecc..)
E' composta da entrata in soggiorno/ angolo cottura con divano letto, spaziosa camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e bagno, ha inoltre un confortevole giardino attrezzato per pranzi/ cene all'aperto. La stazione é raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti.

It consists of an entrance into the living room / kitchenette with sofa bed, spacious double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom, it also has a comfortable garden equipped for outdoor lunches / dinners; very close to the Migliarina station: main connection with the 5 lands.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in La Spezia. Die Bushaltestelle ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Einkäufe ist ein PKW von Vorteil. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Nice first floor of a house in La Spezia. The localisation is good for the Cinque Terre if you have a car to go to the train station La Spezia Central. For public transportation only, you need more time (maybe not with a small Child, but ok for an older group). The host is nice.

Nous étions 4. Le logement est proposé pour 6 . Il faudrait plus de vaisselle,pour l'utilisation du lave vaisselle. Le couchage correspond à la description. Mettre un gril pain et un micro onde.Nous étions au calme ,car le logement est assez excentré,en contre partie, il faut utiliser les transports...
