This beautiful country house with exclusive swimming pool is located in a privileged elevated position on a hill facing the sea. Nearby is the picturesque medieval village of Castelnuovo Magra, just on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. This is the perfect base for exploring the fishing villages and the Cinque Terre natural reserve.
Comfortable house on a hill with sea view, ideal for families and for those who also want to spend a holiday with their pets. House, swimming pool and garden are entirely fenced and for your exclusive use. You'll be the only one using the pool, no one else has access to it, it's completely private.
In the unlikely event that there are travel restrictions for the booking period due to new government impediments due to the COVID19 emergency, we have decided to refund the full amount paid in case of booking.
