La casa del Faro è una villetta di nuova costruzione composta da: due camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una con in più un letto singolo. Il bagno è composto da: doccia, wc, bidè e lavabo. Le due camere si affacciano su un openspace costituito da un porticato veranda arredato con tavolo e sedie, un divano, una piccola libreria, ed un angolo cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, fornetto, bollitore, frigo e macchina del caffe.
La cucina presente nell'area belvedere è arredata con tutti gli accessori necessari per preparare degli ottimi piatti da gustare osservando un meraviglioso panorama.
Davanti la cucina vi è un pergolato opportunamente arredato con tavolo e sedie e mobili da giardino.
La piscina misura 4x10 m con scala romana ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti mentre il parcheggio è riservato e si trova all'interno dalla proprietà che è tutta recintata.
La casa ha le camere da letto climatizzate con TV in camera e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla Ideale per una famiglia che desidera trascorrere dei giorni sereni in totale privacy.
