Casa privata con ampi spazi esterni e piscina. Perfetto per coppie e persone che amano la natura e passeggiare. Spazioso appartamento dotato di una cucina completa e zona realx con divano, di una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti godono di una vista strepitosa sul mare, sulla costa e le montagne circostanti.

Possibilità di spostarsi in auto o con un bus locale. Per gli amanti delle passeggiate c'è la possibilità di raggiungere il centro di Ravello e Minori tramite sentieri con scale
WE NEED TO KNOW
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
- The property has not parking but we can help to reserve a parking space at an extra charge. It needs to be booked in advancde
- The preferes set of the bedroom: 1 Double or 2 single beds.
- On your arrival will be required to sign a contract and the house inventory and copy of all the passports.
- The departure time to meet you and check the apartment.
HOUSE RULES
Extra costs to be paid locally, in cash upon arrival:
-City tax 3,00 per day and per pax
-A cot available at 50,00 and to be requested at the booking
-Check in is from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 30.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00. Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check in the following day.
- Price including: Linen and towels, mid week cleaning (it includes cleaning of bathrooms and the change of linen and towel), only for weekly rentals. Any extra change of linen and towel has an extra cost of € 18,00 per person.
- Not included:
- City tax € 3 per person per night.
- There would be a penalty of an extra € 50,00 if the house will be too dirty and untidy and if the garbage will be in the apartment
- Extra cleaning on request: € 20,00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
- At the departure the apt has be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.
*Please be nice and use the air conditioning only when needed and with windows closed and PLEASE switch off it when you are not in the house and at your departure. Be nice to the environment * It is forbidden the use of candles, the floor can be damaged.
- Please note that power cuts are common in this area so do not use all the electrical appliances all together otherwise the power may cut out.
- ALWAYS SWITCH OFF LIGHTS AND ELECTRICAL OR GAS APPLIANCES WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN USE AND WHEN YOU GO OUT
Please also be nice and use the air conditioning only when needed and with windows closed and PLEASE switch off it when you are not in the house and at your departure. Be nice to the environment
*When you leave the house and when you are on the terrace keep windows closed; any animals can be attracted by the food and easily get in
