There is a railway line near the apartment; however, the apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows to minimize any potential noise.
Bookings are accepted for a maximum of **29 nights**.
Upon check-in, all guests will be required to provide valid identification documents, as required by current Italian law, so that their details can be reported to the relevant public security authorities.
A **short-term tourist rental agreement** is also required. A copy will be sent to you in advance for your review upon confirmation of the booking.
### Air Conditioning and Heating Regulations
The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of 16 April 2013 and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6 October 2022).
- **Summer:** The average indoor temperature must not be set below 24°C for all types of buildings.
- **Winter:** The weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 20°C. Heating operating periods and daily usage limits depend on the climate zone established by Italian law.
**Bologna – Climate Zone E:** Heating is permitted for up to 14 hours per day, from 1 November to 7 April.

This is a wonderful place to stay for your Bologna. The bus stops are right down the street, and Lidia is such a gracious host.
