Casa Ponticeto è situata in una delle aeree più antiche di Ravello e soli 300 mt dalla famosa Villa Cimbrone. La casa dispone di 6 posti letto ed è composta due camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato, un salottino indipendente con divano letto con terrazzino e vista su scala e Villa Maria, una cucina abitabile ed un terzo bagno.
E' importante sapere che l'ingresso della proprietà è di fronte a Villa Eva. In questa Villa vengono organizzati eventi pertanto potrebbe essere rumoroso. Gli eventi dovrebbero terminare entro la mezzanotte ma non possiamo garantire Al piano superiore dello stabile c'è un'altra casa e per accedere i proprietari devono passare attraverso il terrazzino del soggiorno. I proprietari non vivono a Ravello e usufruiscono della proprietà solo in alcuni giorni dell'anno
Extra costs to be paid locally, in cash and on arrival: *City tax 3,00 per day and per pax Please once you make your booking be sure to write the correct number of guests because the traifs are based on the 2 people The property has 3 rooms depending on the number of occupants and for organizational and logistical reasons, please let us know the exact number of people in order to properly prepare the structure and a better organization of your check in. If the booking is only for 2 guests you may find the other rooms closed and than not on use Check in is from 16.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 21:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 21.00. Those who arrive after 21.00 will need to check in the following day. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday and holidays arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed) All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival. PARKING: It is not possible to reach the apartment by car because the house is situated in the historical cetner and reachable only by foot In case parking is needed is possible to make a reservation in a public/private garage Parcheggio al ponte located in Via della Repubblica, 12H Ravello 84010 (SA) Parcheggio Auditorium Second Level Parking needs to be booked in advance Costs for the 2022 are the following: 15 euro per day for motorbikes 20 euro per day for cars 30 euro per day for 9 seat minivan Once you have parked the car the parking shuttle service will drop off you at the closest place of the house. Our meeting will be at te house entrance in Via Santa Chiara number 8. The house is located just after the hotel Villa Maria Porter service can be requested at an extra cost and needs to be booked in advance *Please be nice and use the airconditioning only when needed and with windows closed and PLEASE switch off it when you are not in the house and at your departure. Be nice to the environment *When you go out always close windows; any animals can be attracted by the food and easily get in *It is forbidden the use
