Our home offers amazing light filled rooms, and stylish details.
It feels lived in, cared for, warm, inviting and inspiring.
We love to entertain, and thus have equipped our kitchen well.
Renovated and refurbished in January 2024, it is really nice and new.
New A/C system (whole house), new mattress and washing machine.
The spacious living room with two sofas and a flat-screen TV is the ideal setting, cool and quiet, where you can relax and chill out.
We have two balconies and a small space to eat in open air.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator!) of a very well maintained and quiet condo located in a very green area of Marina di Carrara.
It's a cul de sac so there is virtually no traffic and parking is easy to find!
Space is 85 sqm (980 sq feet) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, brand new and fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space plus two large balconies.
Master bedroom has an excellent wooden Queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress.
Second bedroom has to full size single beds and is ideal for kids and teenagers.
Washing machine available on the balcony.
Local tax 2€ per person per day to be paid upon arrival.
