Do you ever been in one Trullo Pajara, built around an ancient olive tree?
Would you like to get up in the morning and to go swimming in 10 minutes walking from your home holiday ? Welcome to La Limonaia in Salento - freak rustic retreat !
La Limonaia is a property within "private gate area with other residences" and located right on the beautiful coast of Salento.
About this space
Close to the stunning 'Acquaviva bay', reachable in less than 10 minutes by walking through a path lined with eucalyptus trees.
The house is known as an ancient 'Trullo Pajara' built 200 hundred years ago next to one of the olive trees. It is a rustical and charming buliding with a traditional south italian atmosphere.
Refurbished in 1998, now the memorable olive tree is a focal point of the house, with windows looking on to the magnficent tree from the master bedroom.
The space
The house is set in a private residential area, accesible only by residents.
Includes a double bedroom, basic bathroom, and a light, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, with sliding glass doors.
Ideal for a couples getaway or family of four, as the sofas are multi functional as beds if required.
The house provides access to many scenic features, along the coast, visit the natural swimming pool of marina Serra, the charming grotto verde, and just a stones throw away,the blue waters of acquaviva bay, perfect to cool off from the mid day sun. Nearby you will find many traditional southern italian towns to explore, such as castro, Otranto and tricase.
Equipped with a wood burner, kitchen, outdoor BBQ and dining area.
(Wifi included but only accesible whilst in the garden.)

Full house is acessible, in addition to pathway down to the sea.
I recomend car rental on airports.
I could pick you up from Brindisi collecting maximun 6 people from Brindisi airport.
I am also available as guide to show to you Lecce-Gallipoli-Otranto, speaking in Italian, English or in Russian very interesting details about Barocco style churches.
