The Magnifico Apartment is perfect for those traveling with family or friends and want all the comfort and privacy of an independent accommodation; it can accommodate up to 4 people.
It was completely renovated in 2019, complete with all the latest appliances! 60sqm.
The Apartment is equipped with a comfortable living area with sofa bed, TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron, various balconies and a second bathroom complete with shower will satisfy the needs of all guests.
The apartment has one bedroom: double room (or twin room) with en-suite bathroom.
The living room, if necessary, becomes the second bedroom thanks to the queen size sofa bed.
The structure is fully air conditioned.
The area:
The Apartment is located in the historic center, in a 19th century building on the first floor and the area is well supplied by public transport and all the services (bar, restaurants, market etc). Airport, train and bus station are very close. All the major attractions of the city are within easy reach, even on foot!
Free parking under the house or in the nearby streets.
With a short drive / bus or taking a nice walk you can easily reach the beach and the cliff.

Host was very helpful with questions and responded quickly. The clean apartment was perfect for our stay in Catania. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it was a great location for meeting tour guides for day trips.

Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Nice and clean. Location is very convenience, close to main attractions and shops. Loris, the host, was very attentive. I will strongly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in Catania. The accommodation was located conveniently between the railway station and the historical centre. We enjoyed walking to see the park and the historic landmarks including the ruins of the Roman theatre. It was also easy to catch the train to Taormina and back in the one day. Our apartment was supplied with all we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
