Inside, you enter in a spacious living room with dining area, comfortable and elegant sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with shower and the laundry area.
On the first floor there are four air-conditioned double bedrooms with terrace, three of them with sea view and one with mountain view, and two bathrooms with shower. Each room portrays a Sicilian atmosphere through the contrast between the white and the colors of the island: the yellow of lemons, the green of the countryside, the blue of the sea, the turquoise of the sky.

The living room has three large glass doors to have access to a large covered terrace, furnished with table tiles and sofas, overlooking the pool and the surrounding landscape.
Outside there are the swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by green olive trees and fragrant Sicilian jasmine plants. From the pool you can admire an incredible panorama of the Sicilian countryside and the blue sea. The pool area is furnished with chaise lounge, shower and bathroom outside. Relax in the pool is guarantee as you will find the bar area with stools and set up with comfortable sofas in the shade of the olive branches, in which is possible to enjoy fantastic cocktails and snacks at all hours of day and night.
There is also a field to play bowls, very shady thanks to the dense surrounding vegetation.
Near the pool there is a large patio with outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, oven and barbecue. The patio is furnished with table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. Behind the patio there is the garden with seasonal fruits, whose products are available to guests.

Villa Casa Blu is a building with a modern design that plays on the strong contrast between white and blue, the colors of the sea that best interpret the island's atmosphere. The Villa covers an estate of about 800 square meters. The entrance gate leads to the parking area and the main entrance of the house.

Hearing: the silence of nature and the birds singing will let you feel the peace of your mind. Smell: crossing the path that leads from the house to the pool you will be enveloped by the intense and heady scent of aromatic plants in the garden: hedges of rosemary and sage, bay trees, expanses of mint and basil. Taste: you'll savor the goodness of garden products of Villa, genuine tastes and typical Sicilian. Touch: a dip in the crystal clear pool and you will seem to touch heaven!

- AT CHECK IN TIME YOU WILL PAY €280,00 IN CASH + TOURIST TAX It doesn't include heating consumptions in winter period (on request, the extra cost is € 250,00 per week).

- Late check in after 21.00 available for extra € 50,00.
- Two baby camp beds and two highchairs available.
- Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night to be given at check in cash on behalf of the municipality of Trabia (except children under 10 and adults over 70).

What a wonderful property! The eight of us who stayed there give it an 11 out of 10! The property is beautifully maintained, a real peaceful oasis. Villa Casa blu is perfect for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. The very large pool and the outdoor kitchen deserve special mention. The equipment is very extensive, leaving nothing to be desired.

One of the best houses we have ever rented. The pool and outdoor space was fabulous!!! Erica was responsive with some great recommendations. The house has everything you need. As a group of 6 people we had a lovely week traveling around the area. Took the train from San Nicola to Palermo, a great way to go.
