## Logement
This friendly and warm apartment under the rooftops of Paris is located on the 6th floor without elevator, it includes:
- a room with a double bed on a quiet courtyard;
- a small fitted kitchen;
- a functional bathroom with bathtub;
- a dining room with large table and two benches;
- a dressing room with wardrobe;
- a balcony with a table and two stools, a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris and Beaubourg and then the Eiffel Tower in the distance;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a busy day.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and freshness, as well as its beautiful unobstructed view.
You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: Wifi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Fan, Table and Iron, Extender, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located close to:
- From the Musée National Picasso-Paris: 2 minutes on foot;
- From the Place des Vosges: 5 minutes away;
- From the Rue des Francs Bourgeois: 7 minutes away;
- From the Carnival Museum: 8 minutes away;
- From Place Saint-Paul and Rue des Rosiers: 10 minutes away;
If you want to stroll around the city, a market is available in Bastille on Sunday mornings and Thursdays and in the upper Marais, many art and fashion galleries.

Positive:
El departamento es hermoso, los balcones y la vista son bellísimas. La locación es muy buena porque está cerca de restaurantes, buses y el metro. El host fue super amable y atento a mi llegada.
Negative:
No había jabón, ni crema de enjuague, algo tan simple pero que suma o resta.

Positive:
位置绝佳，整体清净，但又很方便，周边就有博物馆还有品牌的精品店、画廊和买手店，很好逛，各类型餐馆也有很多评分不错的选择，特别是咖啡店和面包店很多，出行也很方便，步行就能到蓬皮杜和巴黎圣母院，离超市也不远；住宿位于顶层，有阳台，空间也比同价位的酒店来得大，还有阳台，风景绝佳！
Negative:
虽然提前就知晓房子在顶层且没电梯，带着行李上下楼的时候会比较费劲，楼梯也比较陡，六楼爬起来比想象中还高，上下需要留意；厕所比较小，沙发床舒适度一般，但不影响整体感受。

Positive:
マレ地区の中心にあり、近くにパン屋やスーパー、マーケットやレストランが多くあって毎日美味しいものが食べられた。通りに面していたが夜は静かでよかった。小さいテラスもあり、朝はテラスに座って鳥の声を聴きながらコーヒーを飲めた。バスタブがあり、疲れを取ることができた。バス停が目の前と1ブロック先にもあり、地下鉄も近くて交通の便もよかった。6階と聞いて上がるのが不安だったが、階段が低く手すりもあるのでゆっくり上がることができた。ベッドルームのベッドも硬さがちょうどよかった。
Negative:
Wifiが繋がらなかった。 テレビがなかった。ソファーベッドは少しギシギシした。部屋の鍵が開けにくい。
