La situation de l'appartement.
La proximité du tramway et des commerces.
La facilité d'entrée et de sortie de la location.
Problème d'ameublement :
- le dossier d'une des 2 chaises cassé
- l'assise du canapé enfoncé, totalement inconfortable.
- le parquet très usé et encrassé, surtout près du coin cuisine ne donne pas un aspect de propreté.
- La TV qui se coupe souvent, problème de box ou codeur.
- aérateur au-dessus de la fenêtre laissant entrer trop d'air froid (consommation de chauffage certainement XXL)

Points négatifs : petit manque de propreté (poussières sous le lit, ventilateur avec des taches de jus dessus), revoir l’isolation il faisait froid la nuit
