Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 115 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in Sénoville. It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 2000 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 38 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- Covered, private 3x8m swimming pool, closed from 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025. From 1 April 2025 to 31 October 2025, the pool is open and heated.
- A beautiful garden of around 2000 m².
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sénoville, in a very pleasant environment.
For example, you can visit the D-Day landing sites, with their many museums. You can also enjoy aquagym, yoga in the local area, nearby farm golf, pétanque (clean balls available) and coastal walks. An excursion booklet in the accommodation is available with many suggestions.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Valognes station, about 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen airport, about 120 km away.
Other information :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
