This restyled villa features a large living room and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and coffeepad machine.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor.

The villa has its own garden with 2 sun loungers and a parking space for 2 cars.

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
  
  A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
  
  As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.
  
  Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 500,- per person on the spot.

In some accommodations a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request.
