Besides its proximity to the sea, the flat is perfectly situated for exploring nearby towns such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, both just a 10-minute drive away.
Pisa is about 30 minutes away by car, while Florence and Siena are reachable in 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 hours, respectively.
The closest airport is Pisa, located a convenient 30-minute drive from the property. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV, and a dining table for 7 people.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle.
The bathroom has a corner shower, bidet, basin, and WC. Bedroom 1 has a wrought iron double bed and a wardrobe, Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a wardrobe, and there is an additional single bed in the living room. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach club's saltwater swimming pool and sun loungers on the adjacent terrace, where a swimming hat is required at all times.
Please note that access to sunbeds and umbrellas is not included and must be reserved and paid for on-site. The flat also features a small private outdoor area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
For self-catering, weekly markets can be found along the coast, while a supermarket just 3 minutes away caters to daily shopping needs.

L’emplacement avec l’accès directement à la plage et la piscine devant la porte.
Le calme d’un établissement balnéaire en basse saison.
Le côté un peu vintage du lieu. Les gens, Paola et les autres. La simplicité des relations. L’accueil à l’agence et sur place.
Tout dans la maison est un peu ban...
