In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) **Please note that construction work is currently taking place outside the building, which may cause occasional noise. ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. # Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed.
This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure. netheid appartement en conciërge gaf goede instructies hoe aan te reizen met metro, verkeerde adres gekozen, zij loste het perfect op. locatie voor bezoek congres in Palais des Congres was perfect. Rustige omgeving, goede nachtrust dus.

The neighbors on the right were noisy. But after I asked them to turn off their music at 00:00, they did so and stopped being noisy.And last 6 days no problem 😊

Квартира удобная, чистая, в хорошем состоянии.
Прекрасный квартал, удобная транспортная доступность, вся необходимая торговля - совсем рядом.
Единственное, что немного огорчает, - квартира темновата. Окна выходят в узкий двор, солнце туда не заглядывает, неба не видно. Хотелось бы, зная об этой сумрачности, добавить в квартиру немного больше светильников.
