Located on the front line of the Al Maaden Golf Course and 15 minutes from Marrakech city.
These 4 bedrooms, Living and Dining rooms are at your disposal.
The villa Al Maaden 132 offer all the comforts with among others a safe in the rooms, internet access (wifi), electric heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, covered parking, 5 televisions (including 1 per room).
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, toaster and juicer.
The terrace and swimming pool have a breathtaking view of the Al Maaden Golf Course.
They offer you a sunset every day of the year and make way for the evening, which is enhanced by the house's sound system.
Let's finish as we started: You have understood that there are more than a hundred houses at Golf Al Maaden... but there is only one Villa Al Maaden.
The Villa is rented exclusively: you will be at home! Included services: - Housekeeper Service 24/7 (if you subscribe to meals formulas) - Conciergerie Service 7/7 - Daily Cleaning from 8am to 5pm - Security, gardening & maintenance - Bed linen: Change each 3 days. (or on demand) - Towels: Change each 2 days. (or on demand) - Toiletries - Wi-Fi / TV satellite - Air-conditioning - Heating - Pet allowed (in a casual number) - Baby essentials (if requested) Optional services (not included in the price): - Heated Pool (available upon request) - Half-Board Formula Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner + Soft Drinks all day 32€/Adult/Day 16€/-12yo/Day - All-Inclusives Breakfast + Lunch + Snacks + Dinner + Soft Drinks all day 49€/Adult/Day 24.50€/-12yo/Day - Private Driver for the Airport (Arrival & Departure) : €25 by trip up to 8 seats - Private Driver for the City (upon request) - At the villa Masseuse, SPA, Yoga & Personal Trainer (upon request) - Out of the villa Excursion, Guided Visit (upon request) If you choose to use the kitchen on your own, we ask for a cleaning fee of €50 by the end of your stay.
