This spacious villa offers:
• Four comfortable bedrooms: Choose between double beds or twin beds for a restful night's sleep.
All bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. • Three modern bathrooms: One bathroom features a luxurious bathtub, while the other two have showers.
All bathrooms are spacious and include towels, bed linens, and a hairdryer for your convenience. • Open-concept living area: The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven. • Outdoor paradise: The villa's highlight is the expansive chill-out area with a private pool, backyard, and covered dining space for eight.
Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a barbecue, or play a game of ping pong in the backyard. · Tourist rental license: ET/3149 · NRA: ESFCTU000007015000675397000000000000000000000ET/31497 · Pets are not allowed. · The holding of events is forbidden. · Youth groups of 25 years or younger will have to present a credit card on the day of arrival as an additional guarantee for any damages caused during their stay. · There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa.
All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival.
The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. We'll meet you at check-in to give you a tour and answer any questions.

Eine sehr sehr schöne Villa. Alles sauber, tägliche Pflege der Außenanlagen, Großräumig, Pool ausreichend. Man fühlt sich super wohl und will gar nicht mehr weg. :)
