Suitable for up to seven people and a baby, this holiday home offers a comfortable and relaxing experience.The surroundings of this holiday home are characterised by its natural beauty and various attractions.
Explore the forests, meadows and lakes inviting for walks, cycling trips and water sports activities.
A short distance away is charming Balk with its lively market.This spacious house is suitable for six adults and possibly two children.
The house has a large living room (40m2) with open kitchen including a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etcetera.
The living room is cosily furnished with a three seater sofa, three armchairs, an eight seater dining table, high chair, television, DVD and stereo.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a toilet, a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a spacious hall and a utility room in which the dryer and three bicycles are stored.
In addition, there are two child seats available.
The patio doors provide access to a large sunny woodland garden with beautiful terraces.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms.
There is one large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot.
There are two smaller bedrooms, both with two single beds.
The cot is movable.
In addition, there is a folding bed available.
This can be placed in any bedroom as desired.
Stair gates have been placed for the little ones.
A second toilet is located on the upper floor.
There is a possibility to park two cars at the house.

Echt een heerlijk huisje, van alles voorzien om het verblijf aangenaam te maken , gastvrije ontvangst. Dit heerlijke huisje is ideaal gelegen: dichtbij het bos, het dorp en het IJsselmeer.

Prima groot huis met een goede prijs/kwaliteit.
Leuk ingericht, veel extra's, goede bedden en een fijne douche.
De omgeving is prachtig.

Het was als thuis komen, onze 2e keer in dit huisje. Vriendelijk ontvangen, Wederom genoten van de mooie omgeving, gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige fietsen. Voor een ieder aan te raden.
