This delightful holiday home sits on a large natural plot in peaceful Houstrup.
Nestled among pine trees in the Jutland countryside, you'll find a cosy retreat for your holiday.
Whether you're a small family or a couple, you can relax by the fireplace, unwind in the sauna or explore the nearby nature reserve.Wooden house charm in a tranquil setting The heart of this typical Danish wooden house with its thatched roof is the open-plan living and dining area, which exudes unique cottage charm. Large skylights and impressive window frontage offer views of the surrounding nature and flood the interior with natural light.
Here you can cook together in the open-plan kitchen and then settle down with a book in front of the crackling wood-burning stove, while the dishwasher takes care of the washing up. The living and sleeping areas are carpeted, whilst the bathroom features underfloor heating.
A special highlight awaits here - the sauna is perfect for warming up after long walks or exciting excursions on cooler days.
During the 2012 modernisation, a heat pump was installed, allowing for energy-efficient heating throughout the holiday home.Nordic pine forests and unique dune landscape Several terraces surround the house, offering views of the stunning natural environment where you can enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and tranquility.
Adjacent to the house is a sheltered sun terrace, which is furnished and accessible from the living area.

Es ist ein gemütliches, hübsches Reetdachhaus. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bodentiefen Fenster am Esstisch und der schöne Kamin.
