LAYOUT HOUSE
Klavervier is a split level house with a fresh interior.
On the ground floor is the utility room and living room and the stairwell has a small staircase leading up to two bedrooms and a bathroom and the same goes for the small staircase downstairs.
The layout is therefore ideal with, for example, 2 families (each floor has a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds). This holiday home has an entrance with cloakroom and guest toilet.
The wonderfully light living room on the ground floor has a corner sofa, flat screen and wood-burning fireplace.
Next is the large dining table for 8 people and a modern open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, combi oven and large fridge with separate freezer. BEDROOMS (4) There are 2 bedrooms on both the upper and lower floors.
All four bedrooms have 2 box spring beds, two of which have a 2-person rear board and two that are separate from each other.
In two bedrooms there is enough space for a cot (up to 3 years). BATHROOMS (2) AND SAUNA The large bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, luxury rain shower (with hand shower) and Finnish sauna is located on the ground floor.
The second bathroom is upstairs and has a luxurious rain shower (with hand shower), sink and toilet. OUTSIDE There is a large terrace with outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, lounge sofa, outdoor shower and nice Jacuzzi.
The (spacious) garden with swing is surrounded by hedges and trees and offers both sun and privacy. There is private parking at the house. ENVIRONMENT Around Ballum you will find beautiful nature reserves for walking and cycling and from here you can easily explore the entire island.
Roosdunen has an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court (outside).
The beach is about 1900 meters away and the village of Ballum about 850 meters * The jacuzzi can be used weather permitting.
For your own safety, you can no longer use the jacuzzi from wind force 5 and it is prohibited to use it during thunderstorms and storms. Deposit For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately.
This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur.
The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure. At EilandVerhuur you will find studios, luxury apartments, comfortable holiday homes and spacious dune villas.

De voorzieningen!
Het was slecht weer, regen en harde wind. Het lekt door de kozijnen heen. Bed werd nat!

We misten beugels/handvatten in de douche, ook om de gladde vloer te 'tackelen'.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage auf der Insel. In Summe hat es uns gut gefallen, allein die Sauberkeit des Objekts ist verbesserungswürdig gewesen und hier und da könnten ein paar Details auf einen besseren Zustand gebracht werden, was dem Erholungswert aber nicht im Weg stand.
