A charming and quirky cottage oozing character and boasting stunning harbour views, it makes an ideal spot for exploring the pretty village of Polruan and delightful Fowey just a ferry ride away!. Ground Floor:
Utility room: With washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Shower room: With double shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Second Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With Freeview TV with Netflix.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair.
Public car park, at cost, 200 meters away.

This space is a haven for rest and relaxation, with the gentle lullaby of the waves outside.
Adjacent, there is a utility room come cloakroom. Climbing the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find the second bedroom sharing the same breath-taking harbourside views, enhancing the serenity of this space, while the adjacent family bathroom features a double walk-in shower, promising a refreshing start or a soothing end to your day. Venturing further up to the second floor, step into the snug open-plan kitchen, lounge and diner that encapsulates the essence of coastal living.
A comfortable sofa beckons you to unwind, and basic equipment ensures your practical needs are met. But it’s the window seat that steals the show, offering a front-row seat to the mesmerizing waterside views with boats of all shapes and sizes, going to and fro. Just a minute’s walk from the cottage, you can hop on the ferry to Fowey, with a timeless connection to the author Daphne du Maurier alongside its stunning architecture, and narrow vibrant streets with galleries and restaurants.
A mecca for all things nautical, the famous annual regatta is a magnificent spectacle. Free WiFi Only dogs allowed at the property. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. The Lookout was a lovely place to stay in Polruan. The window was fantastic place to sit and watch the boats from. The beds are super comfy. Polruan has a well stocked shop and the 2 pubs are next door. The ferry over to Fowey is 2 mins away and you can check when it's coming out of the window! Walks straight from the door in both directions which our spaniel loved and lots of swimming spots.

Nice place and excellent location. Short trip on the ferry (5mins) to Fowey. Everything you need if you want a quiet time away

Locals are very welcoming which add to our visit but would say for first night bring your first meal with you or you will have to go over on taxi ferry to get food as pub food stop's early local I was lucky enough to get food as my mum need food for her meds the chef at the lugger was kind to do us ...
