Beautiful and modern villa with private pool and capacity for 6 people.
This luxurious property is located in the quiet area of Playa de Muro.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the main living room, as well as access to the outdoor area, where you can enjoy the fantastic pool and garden area. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom.
Two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The property is located in a quiet residential area that is ideal for holidays with both family and friends.
It is well-connected with coastal areas through a nearby bus service from Port d’Alcúdia to Can Picafort, where you can find many shops and enjoy the cuisine of the island.
Just yards from the villa there are also supermarkets and restaurants.
The property is very close to the S´Albufera National Park which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. The accommodation is privileged to enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca.
