This beautiful apartment is perfect for a great stay in Strasbourg! Just 10 minutes by tram from the central station, you'll find all the comfort you need for 4 people (sofa bed and double bed available). Bed linen and towels are provided. The accommodation :
You will appreciate the apartment for its decoration, charm, and amenities.
The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR).
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- A cozy living room: sofa, coffee table, and dining area for 4 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.
- A bright bedroom with a double bed.
- A small room with a sofa bed, a TV, and a desk.
- A well-maintained bathroom: shower, sink with mirror, towel warmer, and toilet.
- A laundry room in the basement with a private washing machine.
- A small balcony, accessible from the kitchen.
Features appreciated by my guests:
- The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Strasbourg's central station (10 min).
- It is easily accessible, just a few steps from public transport (500m from the "Saint Florent" tram stop).
- It is fully equipped, with bed linen and towels provided.
Other things to consider:
- The apartment is on the 1st floor with NO ELEVATOR.
- Check-in is from 4 PM.
- The keys are to be collected from a key box installed in front of the building.
- Check-out must be done by 11 AM on the day of departure.
- We are not available after 9 PM, so we kindly ask you to try to arrive before 9 PM if possible.
On site, you'll be greeted by the team from Cocoonr Strasbourg, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
Access to accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from the key box in front of the building. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Wangenbourg 3 kann man als Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und die Nähe zur Tram sehr zugesagt. Die hübsche Wohnung mit auch im Sommer angenehmen Temperaturen und drei kleinen Balkonen hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir haben bedauert, dass es entgegen der Beschreibung keine Waschmaschine gab.

Proche du tram et du centre
Rue relativement calme
Pas trop de difficulté pour se garer
Trouvé les clés facilement
La vaisselle n'était pas très propre
Il manquait du produit lave vaisselle
Les couverts semblent en fin de vie
Les matelas sont tachés
Je n'ai pas vu le lave linge qui est pourtant mentionné dans la liste des équipements

La casa era muy bonita y acogedora. Toda la casa es muy nueva y muy bien amueblada. Todo muy organizado.
En la descripción de la casa ponía que había lavadora pero no había lavadora en casa.
