The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe to maximize your comfort.
In addition, it features a spacious living room outfitted with a comfortable, large sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for those moments when you wish to unwind and relax.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you may need for your stay.
The apartment includes two bathrooms: one adjacent to one of the bedrooms, equipped with a bathtub for you to soak and relax in, and another bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities for your well-being.
To complete the experience, the apartment has a charming yard with a table for four people and a sophisticated vertical garden, offering you a private outdoor space to enjoy great moments.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process.
Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
