Short Characteristics
Quiet apartment on the ground floor in a completely renovated villalike multifamily residence which is located in a listed area. The distance to the city centre is only five kilometres. The location offers easy access to public transportation (bus number 82: 20 minutes to the city centre - bus stop 100 metres from the apartment). It is a non-smoking two-room apartment with separate living/sleeping room (with extensible sofa for two more persons), eat-in kitchen with corner seat, bathroom/shower and toilet. Very suitable for two till four persons (five or six persons are possible on request; bedroom with shower and toilet on the first floor directly above the apartment). The garden can be used as well. Shopping possibilities: bakery and corner shop at a distance of 500 metres; 850 metres to a supermarket; within a radius of two kilometres there are several big retail shops (The landlord is not liable to VAT.)

* arrival by car (coming from the north or the south via motorway A4):Leave the motorway at the exit Dresden-Neustadt. On the first big traffic lights you go straight ahead (follow the Washingtonstraße for about 1.8 km). You cross the river Elbe via the Flügelwegbrücke bridge. Go straight ahead (through a underpass and a railway bridge). At the next traffic lights (about 200 metres after the railway bridge) you turn left into Lübecker Straße and follow the street for about 600 metres. Then you turn into Rudolf-Renner-Straße and follow the street for about one kilometre until a traffic lights. Turn right into Kesselsdorfer Straße. On the next traffic lights (after about 250 metres) you turn left into Saalhauserstraße. Follow the street for about 900 metres until the next traffic lights where you turn left into Altnaußlitz street. After about 300 metres the street leads into Burgwartstraße. Follow the street for about 300 metres. Turn left into Alfred-Thiele-Straße. The apartment is to be found in the third house on the right side of the street (no. 55). * arrival by car (coming from the south or the west via motorway A17/A4):Leave the motorway at the exit Dresden-Gorbitz. Follow the B173 into direction Dresden for about 2.2 km until you arrive at a traffic lights (OMV petrol station and VW car dealer). Turn right into Kesselsdorfer Straße and follow the street for about 2.5 km until a traffic lights. Go straight ahead and after 100 metres turn into Wendel-Hipler-Straße (second street on the right side/ Plus supermarket). After 270 metres turn left into Pietzschstraße and follow the street for about 450 metres until the traffic lights. Cross the traffic lights and turn into Altnaußlitz street. After about 300 metres the street leads into Burgwartstraße. Follow the street for about 300 metres. Turn left into Alfred-Thiele-Straße. The apartment is to be found in the third house on the right side of the street (no. 55). * arrival by public transportation from the airport:Take the interurban train (S-Bahn) S 2 (direction Heidenau Bahnhof) from Dresden airport to the stop Freiberger Straße. Then you go to the bus stop Budapester Straße (10 minutes by feet) and take the bus no. 82. Get off the bus at the stop Alfred-Thiele-Straße. From here it is only 100 metres to the apartment. * arrival by public transportation from the main railway station:Take the regional bus route 333 (direction Ammon-/Budapester Str.) from the main railway station (bus stop Unter den Brücken) to Ammon-/Budapester Straße. Go to the bus Budapester Straße (five minutes by feet) and take the city bus line no. 82 and get off at the stop Alfred-Thiele-Straße. The apartment is to be found 100 metres from here.
