Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich Dresdner Südosten, nahe der Leubener Kiesseen. Auf ca. 48 Quadratmetern im Hochpaterre unseres Hauses finden Sie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Ledercouch, Kaminofen, Fernseher und Essecke; eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Einbauherd mit 4 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster; ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Handtüchern. In unserer Gästewohnung sind keine Tiere gestattet. Rauchen bitte nur im Garten. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Ob beim Frühstück oder abendlichen Grillen - Entspannen Sie sich auf der Gartenterrasse umgeben von Grün. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Sandkasten im Garten. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrs- und Straßennetz sehr gut und Sie erreichen die Innenstadt mit dem Auto oder der S-Bahn binnen 15 min.

Cancellation / payment conditions
The payment of overnight stays is generally made in cash on the day of departure. The landlord is not subject to VAT. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and use of the fireplace and terrace are included in the price! Please note: The city of Dresden has levied an accommodation tax since July 1, 2015, which is payable locally by each overnight guest on a pro rata basis of the rental price. The basis of assessment is the rental price. The rental price is divided by the number of all guests. For all persons subject to accommodation tax (persons over the age of 18 who do not spend the night for business reasons), an accommodation tax of 6% of the proportionate accommodation costs is calculated. Description of the accommodation
Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the southeast of Dresden, close to the Leubener Kiesseen. On about 48 square meters in the mezzanine of our house you will find a cozy living room with a leather couch, fireplace, TV and dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, built-in stove with 4 hot plates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster; a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towels. No animals are allowed in our guest apartment. Please only smoke in the garden.
