- campus, main station and city centre within walking distance - tram and bus stop: 5 min., S-Bahn: 10 min - apartment holiday home with terrace, built in 1995, quiet and green surroundings - modern equipment, entrance to terrace/garden - 2-3 persons, kingsize/single bed, kitchen/floor, living/sleeping room, en suite, terrace, television - bikes available in basement garage - physicians house and pharmacy: 150m - bakery, grocery store (Mon-Sat.,6:00a.m.-10p.m.), hairdresser, snack bar: 100m - non-smoking holiday home - pets not allowed The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.

*arrival by car:- approaching from Autobahn A17, take exit DD-Südvorstadt- continue on B170 towards city centre - at the traffic light at the Russian-orthodox church, turn right onto Reichenbachstraße, turn right again at the second crossroad - you will arrive at Lukasplatz after 50m - house number 7 is situated opposite to the church *arrival by plane:- take the shuttle bus or the S-Bahn to Dresden main station - take tram number 3 or 8 (towards Coschütz or Südvorstadt) and get off at Reichenbachstraße - it is a 250 m walk from here to Lukasplatz (cross Fritz-Löffler-Straße, continue on Reichenbachstraße, turn right onto Andreas-Schubert-Straße) - you will arrive at Lukasplatz after 50m - house number 7 is situated opposite to the church *arrival by train:- get off at Dresden main station - take tram number 3 or 8 (towards Coschütz or Südvorstadt) and get off at Reichenbachstraße - it is a 250 m walk from here to Lukasplatz (cross Fritz-Löffler-Straße, continue on Reichenbachstraße, turn right onto Andreas-Schubert-Straße) - you will arrive at Lukasplatz after 50m - house number 7 is situated opposite to the church
