Welcome to the jungle! Everything in this apartment was designed with the luxury traveler in mind.
This apartment building has the lowest seismic risk rating in Old Town.
Please be aware most other rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating.
The Living Room & Dining Room include: • Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy accent chairs • Oversized sofa that easily seats 4… and it easily converts to a comfortable queen bed • 50 inch Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access • Full sized dining room to enjoy a family meal at a beautiful hardwood table complemented by velvet chairs The Kitchen includes: • A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils • Dine-in kitchen table perfect for an intimate meal or quiet breakfast • Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more The Bedrooms include: • Glorious King and Queen sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers • Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage • Each bedroom has access to balconies that can be closed off, or opened up to the air • Two of the three bedrooms feature Samsung SmartTVs • The Master bedroom has en suite access to the main bathroom • Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out • Velvet curtains: let the perfect amount of light in… or black out! • Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided! The Bathrooms include: • Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean • Both bathrooms are accessible by the hallway, and the first bathroom also gives the Master bedroom en suite access • Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered • Heated towel racks • Very comfortable toilets! Everything else: • Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in • Entryway mud-room for smart storage of shoes, jackets and more • Iron, ironing board and drying rack • Professional cleaning service before every stay • Elevator building HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text and email 24/7.
Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.
In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver.
We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found.
Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
Important notice for 1-night reservations made last minute: Reservations of this nature are subject to a 250 EURO security deposit, which will be refunded after your stay, pending the property's condition.
Our property has a strict policy against parties.
Should there be any violation, we will have to request you to vacate without a refund and impose a fine.
We absolutely want our guests to enjoy their stays, but if you're looking for more than just a great time, please refrain from moving forward with your reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property.
There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit.
All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property.
There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet.
Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
There are many ways to get around the city.
You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

This apartment sits on the eastern edge of Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

Lovely apartment. Clean and nice decour and furniture. Comfy beds and good apartment layout for a group. Immediate environment is a bit tired, but the entry security is good and you are bang in middle of old town
