The apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious living room complete with a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
Its atmospheric ambiance adds to the overall charm of this exceptional property. ## Neighborhood Île Saint-Louis, nestled in the heart of Paris, is a tranquil oasis known for its charming streets and elegant 17th-century buildings.
Strolling along the Seine reveals breathtaking views of Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Pont de la Tournelle. The nearby Marais District offers historic architecture, trendy boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.

In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed.
This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure. Best location,very beautiful view and amazing old house.Everything is good.A great apartment for two or more persons.Better than photos.
Negative:
Check out time is too early and no elevator. We should carry luggage to the upstairs, although it is on first floor.
If you like genuine Parisian shabby chic this could be the place for you.

Positive:
A very atmospheric old apartment in a fabulous location with to die for views over the Seine. Not fancy but very comfortable, quiet and lovely to come home to after a busy day seeing the sights.
Negative:
The lounge and dinning area need better furniture to made the spaces work better.
