This very 'Parisian' apartment will allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the city.
The property features a generous open living room with a separate kitchen and dining area, two cozy bedrooms, and a convertible sofa bed.
It's ideal for two couples and a child or a large family.
Our apartment offers free Wi-Fi for your convenience and a big flat-screen TV. ##Neighborhood Montmartre, located in Paris' 18th arrondissement, is a historic neighborhood known for its bohemian atmosphere, artistic heritage, and stunning views.
The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur stands at its highest point, while charming streets host art galleries, studios, and street artists.
Montmartre's nightlife is vibrant, particularly around Moulin Rouge.
Its narrow streets, cafés, and boutiques exude old-world charm, and hidden corners reveal delightful squares and gardens.
This picturesque neighborhood is a must-visit for an authentic Parisian experience. ##Getting around Closest Metro Stations: 1.
Lamarck-Caulaincourt (Line 4,12) - 5 minutes walk 2.
Jules Joffrin (Line 12) - 5 minutes walk 3.

Gare de l'Est - 2,5 km Directions from Airports: Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost). ##Notes The apartment is currently for sale, which means that occasional visits from potential buyers may take place. 🗓️ The tenant will, of course, be notified in advance each time to ensure full comfort and convenience.
The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival.
In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1.
Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2.
Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3.
Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements.
Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed.
This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
