Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 24 m² flat in Ancelle with mountain views and ski station within walking distance.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath).
With its large bay window, the balcony extends the living room with a magnificent view of the village of Ancelle and Vieux Chaillol.
The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with TV, dining area and Belmont double sofa bed (140 x 190cm), changed in 2025. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Ancelle, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, tobogganing, ski joëring, snake gliss, snow tubbing or yooner (halfway between sledging and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trails, educational farms, nearby leisure centre, Serre-Ponçon lake (40 mins), Saint Bonnet lake (20 mins), canoeing, sailing...
Golf at Col Bayard (20 mins) etc...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the building.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bus: regular service to Gap. - Nearest train station: Gap train station, about 25 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence airport, about 2 hours away by car.
Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

Très bel emplacement .au calme ...vue exceptionnelle..période dernière semaine d'août...mêmebsi l'appartement est orienté nord est ..nous en avons profité pour nos apéritifs..et apprécié le soleil couchant..studio bien aménagé..et pratique..seul point négatif .. système du BZ difficile à comprendre...

Le Balcon d'Ancelle "Séjour agréable.
🙂 Belle vue sur la montagne et le village. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Côté pratique de la conciergerie. Séjour agréable.
🙁 Sauf erreur de ma part, les dimensions du couchage canapé n’étaient pas indiquées ; il faut prévoir un drap housse 160.
Lumière dans les toilettes à réparer."

Le Balcon d'Ancelle "🙂 Le canapé lit était tres confortable et la vue montagne très agréable.
🙁 La lumière des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas et le grille pain compris dans la location n' y était pas."
